My name is Ingred, and I have been enjoying the benefits of massage and energywork for over 20 years. Through many years of studies, I have included many modalities of massage in my work. People and animals benefit from all the healing that comes with the deep relaxation of bodywork.

The massage/bodywork I provide you and your pets is delivered on-site. To provide you with the best time options for your massage, please allow at least 24hours to set your appointment time.
I travel within the Chicagoland area, and my travel cost is included within a 35mile radius from the Chicago loop. If you are located beyond that milage, an additional $10 will be added to your cost.
Every massage I do is customized for your comfort and safety. A client interview and intake form needs to be filled out prior to my arrival for the most effective massage modalities to be used for your particular needs. I look forward to working with you and your loved ones and providing a relaxing experience.
